The Catherine Ham Real Estate Team

Born and raised in California, Catherine moved to Virginia for school to pursue a BA (in English, Business & Studio Art) and was surprised to fall in love with the heart of Virginia: the City of Richmond.  With a professional background in advertising and account management, the transition to selling real estate was an natural one. Catherine joined Keller Williams in January of 2006 and has never looked back!

As an active volunteer and member of the community, Catherine keeps her finger on the pulse of the City and knows how to connect her clients to their favorite interests. You’ll often run into Catherine out enjoying the myriad of outdoor festivals, music, and art events, or playing in the social co-ed sports leagues! On sunny days, you’ll find her walking with her husband and two 100-pound Labrador Retrievers through Carytown. When she’s not running around, Catherine’s favorite activity is to take advantage of Richmond’s amazing restaurant scene by breaking bread with friends, or snuggling up with a good book (mostly non-fiction).

Catherine has embraced the creed of Keller Williams Realty and truly believes it is all about having “lives worth living, careers worth having, and businesses worth owning.” She truly loves her career and is building a team which shares that passion. The goal is to work with great people, help great people, and continue to enjoy and believe in the work every day.
